Standard Baltars coming soon Behold Optics is proud to offer the first known modernized set of Standard Baltars. These lenses have the same natural falloff characteristics and excellent skin tone reproduction as the Super Baltars, only slightly sharper and higher contrast. The overall look is a little more dramatic. A great feature of the standards is their uniform weight and size all the way up to the 50mm. Finally, a vintage look that is gimball friendly ! Also in the same weight range is the Angenieux 18.5 and 14.5mm, commonly paired with Standard Baltars back in the day to round out the wide range. The sets will include:
